How do I collect my declined garments?Updated 2 hours ago

Once we have received your notification declining the offer, or your piece has been declined after inspection, you are able to arrange a courier to collect your garment, or collect yourself from the Wellington retail store. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping should this be the method you choose. 

The garment will be available for you to collect within 48 hours of notification from you regarding your collection preference. We will hold the garment for 14 days. If your garment has not been collected within this timeframe, it will be donated to one of our charity partners or added to our Regenerate program. By submitting your items to Kowtow Relove, you are agreeing to these terms.
