If you return your entire order in full, and are eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund for the value of the purchase, and your Collective Points will be issued back to your account.
If you return your entire order in full, and are eligible for a store credit, you will receive a store credit for the value of the purchase, and your Collective Points used on this item will then be deemed void.
If you return part of your order (eg. 1 item out of 2 total) you will receive a refund or store credit for the value of the purchase, less the discount amount deducted for the returned item. The Collective Points used on this item will then be deemed void.
